Here are two circuits. They are a mixture I made from USA Rugby's and my own. I can make more for those who have equipment or specific needs.

Circuit Training #1:
200 jumpropes/jumps

Body weight leg circuit......4 times, no rest between excercises, 0-60 secs beween sets
squats x 24
forward lunge x 12 each leg
lateral lunge x 12 each leg
backward lunge x 12 each leg
squat jumps x 6

4 x Push-ups to failure, 60 secs rest bestween sets
During rest do opposite elbow to opposite knee crunches, 12 each side

Upper body circuit......4 times, 30 secs between sets
Supermans (legs and arms off ground) x15
Ab rotations 12 each side (w/ legs bent and off ground, upper body off
ground, twist torso, attempting to touch ground behind the back)
Punch for 30 secs (be sure to focus on pulling arms back quickly)

200 jumpropes/jumps

Circuit Training #2

8-12 sets, no rest between exercises, 0-90 secs between sets, Try to decrease rest.
Dumbbells may be added (when available) to certain lifts, look for "(DB)"
Squat jumps 20 secs
(DB) Pitcher Squat (with one leg placed behind on chair/bench) x 12 each
Push ups x 10-15
Good Mornings x 20 or DB RDL x 10
back crunches x 20
single-leg squat x 12 each
punching with legs bent 45 secs
